At Thrive Integrated Neuropsychological Services, we believe everyone deserves to be truly understood. Our comprehensive evaluations go beyond test scores to provide a meaningful understanding of how an individual’s unique profile impacts their learning, behavior, and everyday life.

We take a collaborative, “whole- child” approach that ensures both clients and caregivers feel supported throughout the process. Each evaluation is personalized, evidence-based, and designed to uncover strengths as well as challenges.

Beyond diagnosis, we provide clear recommendations and practical next steps so families can move forward with confidence and direction.

How we can help.

Comprehensive Pediatric Neuropsychological Evaluations

Our comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations provide an in-depth understanding of how a person thinks, learns, regulates emotions, and navigates daily demands. These evaluations are designed to bring meaningful understanding, guide decision-making, and support confident next steps across home, school, and clinical settings.

Evaluations integrate cognitive, academic, emotional, behavioral, and adaptive functioning, while considering the individual’s developmental history, medical profile, and daily life experiences.

Families receive clear explanations, thoughtful recommendations, and practical guidance tailored to the client’s unique profile and future goals.

We evaluate and support children, adolescents, and young adults with:

  • Learning disorders such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia

  • Genetic and chromosomal conditions, including Down syndrome and Fragile X

  • Neurological conditions such as epilepsy, concussion, traumatic brain injury, and cerebral palsy

  • Medically complex presentations, including oncology histories, cardiac conditions, and pre- or post-surgical concerns

Targeted Pediatric Neuropsychological Evaluations

Targeted evaluations are ideal when clients, families or providers are seeking focused answers to specific questions regarding developmental, cognitive, or emotional functioning. These assessments are streamlined while maintaining clinical depth and precision, allowing for efficient decision-making without unnecessary testing.

Targeted evaluations may address:

  • Developmental delays and intellectual disabilities

  • Emotional or behavioral regulation challenges, including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and mood concerns

  • Attention and executive functioning difficulties, including ADHD

  • Concussions and mild traumatic brain injuries

  • IQ testing provides a clear picture of an individual’s cognitive profile, learning style, and problem-solving abilities. These assessments may support educational planning, enrichment decisions, accommodations, and documentation for specialized programs or services.

Results are explained carefully and in context, helping families understand not only the scores, but what they mean for real-world learning, expectations, and support.

  • Our educational services bridge the gap between evaluation findings and real-world school implementation. We collaborate with families and educational teams to ensure recommendations are understood, appropriate, and actionable.

    Services include:

    • School observations to assess learning and behavioral functioning in context

    • School consultations to support collaboration with educators and administrators for education planning (e.g., IEPs and 504 plans)

  • As children grow, their needs evolve. Re-evaluations and progress monitoring allow families to track development over time, reassess diagnoses, and adjust supports as demands change.

These services are particularly helpful during key transitions such as elementary to middle school, high school to postsecondary planning, or following medical or neurological changes.

  • Second opinion evaluations provide an independent, thoughtful review when families seek confirmation, clarification, or a deeper understanding of prior findings. We approach these evaluations with respect for previous work while offering a fresh, comprehensive perspective to support confident decision-making.

  • For families navigating complex educational or medical systems, we offer thorough review of prior evaluations, school records, medical documentation, and reports. This service helps integrate existing information, identify gaps, and determine whether additional assessment or clarification is needed.

  • We offer consultation to physicians, therapists, educators, and allied professionals seeking neuropsychological insight to support shared patients. These consultations emphasize collaboration, clinical nuance, and alignment across care teams.

  • For families requiring increased flexibility, we offer limited concierge services, including:

    • Fast-tracked evaluation scheduling

    • Weekend testing appointments

    • Expedited report turnaround

These services are designed to accommodate demanding schedules and time-sensitive needs. Concierge offerings will continue to expand thoughtfully over time.
